ViewSonic VX2435WM blinking black screen on my father's pc.

since i'm still trying to figure out what is the cause of my ViewSonic VX2435WM monitor's blinking i've decided to pick up my father's computer at his office. This is my (very) old system based on Amd Opteron 146 on DFI NF4 mobo + 2x512Mb of Vitesta DDR ram, ATI X850 gpu on Windows XP Pro. this attempt is to check if the problem depends on my actual system (or both my VGAs as seen on the previous video) or if it could still be a monitor issue. RESULT: different computer system + same DVI-TO-HDMI cable... always blinking as crazy!!! Next step, trying a different cable, this time will try a brand new native HDMI cable (HDMI-to-HDMI) to check if it could be a cable related problem... we'll see.
